When we decided to do short term vacation rentals for our house we didn’t know where to start, I called Brigitte and she met with us and walked us through the process of getting the house set up step by step. Brigitte then took care of all the marketing and set up of the different rental sites. Not only does Brigitte give us exceptional service as the homeowner, especially since we live an hour away, but she goes above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best stay possible. The lines of communication are always open with Brigitte. We appreciate all she has done for us to make this experience smooth sailing. Thanks Matty and Lisa.
My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Brigitte for almost a year now. We are new to the short term rental market and after trying an internet property management company, we knew that we needed someone to physically be available to check on our property before and after guests, as well as find an excellent cleaner for our unique property. Brigitte has been a good communicator and also available to answer any questions that we have and work with us to get the best income for our cabin. She understands that we care a lot about our property and maintaining it the best way possible, all while providing an excellent guest experience which is evidenced by our 5 star ratings. We do not live close to our short term rental and would find it very difficult to do with out her property management services.

Decisions about where to stay have various "drivers" and one of our chief drivers was to be walking distance to Greer's charming little downtown district (Trade Street). We like to walk, so a 3 block stroll was perfect (we usually added the walk around the adjacent park to get to 2 mi.). One of the other chief determinants of a "stay decision" is the quality of people with whom we're going to deal. Both the owner (Tami) and the property manager (Brigitte) are tremendous. We had a bit longer stay and the entire experience was smooth. Their responsiveness to our needs was excellent. We will always look at our stay in Greer at "The Palmetto Cottage" as a very positive and special experience. I know this is a "review" but this is also one more chance to say, "Thank you"! We were blessed.
